Weight divisions were never a problem Pacquiao until stringent drug testing came along.

Face it. Slow start to his career losing in smaller divisions. Uses PEDS becomes a new unstoppable fighter for 3-4 years while moving up. Su****ions are raised then he ducks testing.

Negative. Jeff Horn's head movement was off the rails. Manny TRIED to hit him and couldn't. Swinging at air quite a few times.

And I'm assuming you totally ignored the lateral movement which was there all but round 9 from Horn. Even when Manny did connect, it was grazing or didn't bother him, because he was moving in the opposite direction.

So has Floyd and Oscar. BOB Arum always has extensions on top of extensions so it's almost impossible for you to ever full fill your contract. And when you get close he'll put you on ICE if you don't sign more extensions so you can never full fill them.
