A Horn rematch goes through Arum, correct?

If Pacquiao did want a rematch, it couldn't occur without Bob, correct? Manny wasn't even in the showers yet and Bob was already talking about legal details of a rematch. I mean the guy was at the presser basically talking as if the rematch details were already in place. Firmly in place at that.

So am I right to assume that Manny, if he was theoretically not to re-sign with Bob, could not fight Horn without Bob as his/the promoter?

I'd assume if Manny wasn't with Bob after this fight that mighta been why the details of the rematch were so firmly going Horn's way. That seems like a highly odd agreement for a guy of Manny's stature to agree to or for his promoter to agree to.

This whole situation smells similar to the first Bradley fight to me. There was wonky scorecards for that one to going against the guy who you'd usually see getting the wonky scorecards going his way not having the wonky scorecards going against him. And this seems like a similar situation where there was a seemingly sellable undefeated new guy. I don't wanna get too conspiracy theory about it cuz there are so many moving parts & the fight was legit close & could have legit gone either way unlike the Bradley fight, but that 9-3 Horn card was extremely odd to me & if this fight (& the Bradley I fight) at some future date had some extremely sketchy behind the scene details revealed about it I wouldn't be surprised.

So back to the point yea idk for a fact all thats happening here, as I believe no one who's not directly involved or is an insider knows yet, but being that Arum is Horn's promoter if Manny is no longer with Arum, which Manny said awhile back he wouldn't be after this one, then a rematch isn't likely to happen unless Manny is with Bob or Bob is involved at a minimum. That said I've yet to hear Manny isn't with Bob anymore via Bob or Koncz or anyone else that could confirm or deny that situation.

Arum being Horn's promoter of course it will have to go through him.

Time for Manny to leave. Be a free agent and set your price for the Thurman's, Spence's, Broner's and Garcia's.

But Bob isn't Horn's main promoter, is he? I thought he was under DUCO or whatever?
