when a fight is in house, what is listed for the fighters and what they actually get are often not the same thing

Very true, that disparity tends not to be 5x the stated amount though... not unless something seriously shady is going on.

of course, but when people were saying wilder should fight whyte for 3m because he normally makes 1m, there is just so much missing information that it's impossible to draw that conclusion.

when fans start trying to play business man, they embarrass themselves. fans should want whatever fights they want and watch whatever fights they want, but it's ridiculous to try to start counting another man's money when you have so little of the information.

if hearn was genuinely trying to make the fight, he wouldn't be resorting to media propaganda. when someone wants to make a fight, they shut the **** up and try to make the fight.

            • Typical Wilder.

He should be stripped by the WBC.

                stripped for what exactly?

he's defended against numerous WBC rated fighters and knocked them all out.

the only thing he hasn't done is make a mandatory defense and that's only because the #1 rated fighter was caught cheating and then caught cheating AGAIN.

now wilder has a new mandatory and he either has to fight him or pay him to step aside.

                what's the problem?

If Wilder took the Whyte fight he would be stripped. If he took the Joshua fight then he wouldn't care because at least if he was stripped, he will have still fought for a title.

The Whyte offer was fraudulent because they know that Wilder has a mandatory and that mandatory is backed by the king of fraud Don King himself. That's why the Brits are screaming "duck" and it doesn't apply.
