edit: the fouls are really the bigger controversy to me. I don't think the fight ends up being close without the fouls, you know what I mean? The first and foremost ILLEGAL stuff, rabbit punches and elbows and headlocks are the key issue that for some unknown reason are barely being talked about.
Manny landed a brutal head butt to Horn's nose later in the fight, was pretty blatant IMO, and it's what bloodied Horn's nose.

Pacquaio and his fans are left with excuses excuses excuses. Once again. Dude got rocked several times by a nobody and lost a close decision. Deal with it.

It's not about being a fan of pacquiao it's about being a fan of the sport. Robberies are not good for boxing in any capacity. He did get rocked. I only remember one time though. I'm glad paq retaliated with the headbutt. it shows he still has some meaness in him and that's what a fighter does when the ref doesn't protect him from fouls. He had Horn out on his feet in the 9th. Did he deserve to lose because he didn't finsh him? After the fight Horn looked like he was half done getting make up on in a movie where he was playing a werewolf.

        You must be Australian.

          a "close"decision.

Pac clearly won. He outlanded horn by a wide margin.

There was more holding and hitting in this fight than there is holding and ass slapping that goes on in my bedroom.

Horn got his a s s beat and ontop of the fouls he made he still needed a ref and judges to help him win

Lol Horn knows he lost. He can't just say "I thought I lost." Manny and his corner are a bit to blame for not saying and doing more about Horn's constant fouling, etc. Need to cut the nice guy BS and speak up more to the ref.

More than a bit to blame. And now they have to live with it. It's embarrassing really, legendary status and all and Manny lets himself be punked. Maybe he didn't want to look like a frustrated fighter and start complaining, maybe he just wanted to maintain a warrior image but after you get put in a headlock, then hit, then tripped...it's okay to speak up. I certainly can't imagine any other welter that would let that slide. Jeff's next opponent is probably gonna look at the ref 5 times a round.

Then he should have said all this crap when ESPN interviewed him in front of the millions and millions to witness. Not that bullcrap about " I I I respect the judges decision". Don't grow some balls now that the camera is off you pacman. Go retire somewhere. It's a new age for Jeff Horn "the hornet" aka "2017GattiMaidana" to take the welterweight division over. One headbutt, leg trip, and elbow drop at a time.
