  • Comments Thread For: Pacquiao: Horn's Head and Elbows Were Issues, Not His Power

Manny Pacquiao was not pleased with the way he lost his WBO welterweight title on Saturday night to 2012 Australian Olympian Jeff Horn. Before a crowd of over 50,000 at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, Horn pulled off a twelve round unanimous decision over Pacquiao in a major upset. The fight was televised on free TV, as part of a four fight televised card on ESPN.

    Wrong.

    Fake news.

Let me guess what comes next, Pacquiao had a "cold" and wasn't 100%.

Horn fouled a lot and ref was obviously corrupt or biased but why did PAC keep touching his glove then smh

Horn blantantly deliberately elbowed PAC in the second round and PAC is still touching this guys glove throughout the fight

Blame Pacquiao for being so docile.

tbh for a fighter of Manny's stature I'm surprised they didn't get a more renowned ref. When Floyd fights you know you're getting a recognized and well experienced ref. I don't know who reffed this fight.

yeah i was at the fight and saw the fouls happening couldnt understand the ref not warning him at all it was blantant , but of course horn would say he won the rabid australian public were cheering even when the punches missed and to be honest the australian sporting way is to win at any cost no matter what, so of course they wouldnt care about his tactics , even now in brisbane theres no real talk of the controversy over the decision they dont report that sort of thing its all pro aussie.
