I watched the fight too and it was fkn robbery, horn's best weapons were his head and his elbows..that dude was locking pacquiaos head more than he punched it...I mean even without watching the fight one can make a conclusion on the looks of the fighters..pacquiao looked like he came out of a beauty spa while horn looked like he just came back from Syria. If pac lost to horn then mayweather lost to maidana..maidana did more damage to floyd that horn did to pacquiao..and the stats speak for themselves, how can a fighter win if he landed nearly half as less in every category?!

People are getting caught up in Horns aggressiveness. He was hitting air a lot. He landed his fair share of punches and I think that compubox was ****, but Pac still out scored him and Pacquiao's punches were the cleaner shots. Not necessarily stronger punches, but just cleaner. Pac still looked terrible in there and based off of that performance, he loses against any top fighter at welter.

Horn was aggressive, but it wasn't effective enough to win him the fight. I can only remember 2 rounds that were clearly for Horn and that was the opening round and the 10th. I think a 116 - 112 score for Pac is fair. If you're being real generous, I guess you can give it a draw. I'll have to watch it again, but my first impression was Pac won decisively in a hard fought and competitive fight.

I said the same thing earlier.

If Horn beat Pacquiao than Maidana beat Floyd.

What do you mean? You think the crowd swayed the judges?

None of the officials were Australian.

Idk, the crowd reacting to every punch that Horn threw, even wildly missed shots. And the pressure to give the hometown kid who's coming forward and doing way better than people expected the benefit of the doubt in close rounds. Look I'm not saying it was a flat out robbery -- it was a close fight. But yes absolutely I believe that being in the hometown hero's backyard with 50,000 people in attendance does sway you. They don't have to be Australian. It's human nature. And jeezus how does one even begin to explain that 117-111 card. How do you explain that? Hell guys like Malignaggi (who had the fight a 50/50, I think he did lean Horn by a point but said it coulda went either way) and Al Bernstein are straight up saying there should be an investigation into that judge.

That said, debatable/controversial decision or not, just the fact that Manny was in that position was an indictment on where he's at as a fighter at this stage. No disrespect to Horn, who fought his ass off. Dude came to fight. He showed up to win. While no I don't think he's an elite guy by any stretch, he did show something in this fight. Hell he looked better than Vargas & Tim Bradley did in Pacquiao/Bradley, for starters.

I thought it was clear. Close but clear. And when they came back with a UD, I thought for sure that it was going to be Manny. I thought prior to Buffer reading the cards that it would be a close UD in Manny's favor, or maybe a split decision with Horn maybe sneaking a card.
