    7 Reasons Why PAC Loss!

    1. From Round 1 PAC fought Jeff Horn's fight (ugly, rough, sloppy)

    2. Pac Fought Horn's fight in his backyard in front of his fans, his judges (though some may had been Americans)

    3. PAC was the guy showing mental weakness (complaining to the ref, calling over the ringside doctor, reacting negatively to blood from head butts)

    4. PAC never threw jabs or body punches, head hunting all night like an amateur.

    5. PAC was the smaller man and visibly looked smaller and weaker.

    6. PAC did not follow up the round he hurt Horn with any authority. In fact he loss the next round!

    7. Jeff Horn showed and behaved like he wanted it more throughout the fight!

Because he lost 7 rounds on all 3 judges cards.

That was absolutely a close fight, I don't care what anyone says.

This was an ugly fight with a lot of rounds where neither guy did much of anything. Pac won his rounds more emphatically and clearly won imo but I can see how live at ringside it could be a difficult fight to score.

You make a lot of good points

PAC seemed very gun shy to me

Horn was very repetitive I thought in his attacks. He would jump in and square up and instead of countering Manny would cover up.

There was just no workrate from Manny. No combinations and very little upper body movement.
He looked flat, almost disinterested & gunshy.

Horn forced the fight and was the one letting his hands go in combination. He looked like he wanted it more and I have no issue with that decision though I will add the 117-111 was too wide.

There was no robbery in fact I feel the right man probably won that. Pac looked **** as he has done for years now if we're totally honest.

Idk how anybody can flat out call robbery that was a super close, ultra competitive fight. 115-113 either way, draw
The way people are talking you'd think Pac absolutely dominated the guy.

I think Horn won most of the first half of the fight and the 10th and 12th rounds. That alone gave him a good shot at a win

              1. They fought in Horns home town
              2. They were taking about the sun being in the fighters eyes the whole card maybe it affected the judges.
              3. Who was Manny really going to face next? He doesn't want Crawford and already beat the whole Top Rank stable. Golden Boy and Top Rank have't been co-promoting any events. Haymon has worked more with each of them than they have worked together.
              4. Low expectations. Horn didn't get Knocked out and actually one the 1st round. That set the tone for the whole fight.
              5. The cuts. Blood matters
              6. The Crowd
              7. Judges I never heard of before today.

              Bonus
              8. A Rematch sells more right?

Or you could just give Horn credit for roughing PAC up 12 rounds

I watched the fight on boxnation, and since they're not nut hugging anybody i thought horn won, but even as a pinoy and a pac supporter i have a history of freaking out in the middle of the fight(too scared pac might get ktfo each time) and being a bit too critical with pacs performaces, and maybe anything less means a loss for me.

So going to nsb after really surprised me that they're claiming robbery while im just glad pac survived lmao!

I need to rewatch it again if pacquiao did well enough to win as others are claiming,

I was even surprised with the punch stats. So maybe im wrong, too critical to pacquiao. Or im right that horn won, though stats dont back me up.

Horn was rough with Manny all night and I think that really tired Manny and threw his rhythm off. In the 9th round Manny was already running on E. That's why he couldn't finish Horn.

Pac is not done. He is going to come back and probably dominate the rematch. Horn cut Manny twice with headbutts, pushed his head down repeatedly. Those types of tactics won't work the same in Vegas.
