Yeah I hate biased takes. I think biased fans have played a major part in ruining the sport. Whether you thought Pacquiao or Horn won tonight, it's actually pretty disheartening to me to see how easily most fans are fooled by commentary. Now it makes sense why so many fans believed what the HBO commentators told them two weeks ago. They really do just believe that the commentators tell them. Bradley was the only one who you could tell was seeing the fight somewhat objectively, but then Teddy and Stephen A. basically bullied him into changing his statement from "the fight was definitely close" to "well he fought close enough for it being in Australia to get the decision, but I know he lost for sure." He seemed to get pressured into saying that.
I think if fans and especially commentators were more objective, the sport would be in a much better place.
