Did you suspect these people of cheating?
First of all, stop with the insults, you come off like a child.

Second, let's talk about your list. Actually, let's just look at Berto alone, shall we?

We should treat the lack of testing the same way we do in other situations.

More deflection. You should hold Manny as suspect as you did jmm when he didn't test.

In other words, they should both be assumed guilty, yes or no?

You can reach your own conclusion. If you were like ifctitles and others that crucified jmm then do same to manny. No one else would be above scrutiny if there is no testing.

Why is there not more scrutiny?

What does this thread topic have to do with Floyd Mayweather?

It's fair to ask why no one has brought up or mentioned testing of any kind for this fight. It's not an adequate counter to discuss other fighters.

It's not impossible at all. That ain't my point. My point is, those who think he's a cheater -- none of those passed tests matter to them, so what the hell does any Pacquiao fight matter that has testing or not? Those who believe he was a cheat thinks he was a cheat with test or without test.

                  It don't f**king matter.

I have never been Interested In PED testing or accusing anyone of being on PEDS. Marquez knocked Pac out and would have caught him with the same shot whether he was on PEDS or not.

It just sounds like you are making accusations against fighters who weren't even tested.

In other words they are guilty until proven Innocent.

It's hilarious to me how revisionist history says now that Manny straight up said "no test at all". He just wanted the same normal usual cut off time.

                      That's a BIG f**king difference.
                      Random testing has no cut-off.

And a teaspoon of blood makes no difference.

Which is why the refusal was suspect.

And he wrote a litter initially saying he was against blood testing.

What is really funny, what is really revisionist is the fact that Manny eventually saw the light and started doing random testing.

Too bad it took him 4 years to figure it out.
