Comments Thread For: Manny Pacquiao-Jeff Horn: Pre-Fight Report Card

By Cliff Rold - The road show is nothing new for a star on the wane. With his numbers down from what they were in the States, if still strong for most fighters, Manny Pacquiao is hitting the road this weekend (Saturday, ESPN, 9 PM PST/6 PM PST). For the first time since 2004, Pacquiao is fighting outside the US and it's hard to argue with the business results. The Suncorp Stadium in Australia is going to look great on the broadcast...

A few things wrong in the article.

Funeka didn't knock Horn down with a body shot..It was a head butt that was clearly shown on the replay, and Horn got up immediately, unhurt.

Pacquaio also fought outside of the USA. He fought Brandon Rios in China in 2013, no ?

The writer does not know what he is saying. Pacquiao last fight outside of the US was not not in2004. It was 2013 in Macau against Brandon Rios.

Even though Pac really showed no power in his past several fights I expect him to dominate Horn who may last the 12, even though he is really only a b fighter and the best fighter on his resume is old Randall Bailey...

I know; realized that when I woke up this AM and sent in to amend. Was writing while I was watching the Easter fight last night but still no excuse for that.

Headbutt and body shot, landing **** ****. Similar thing happened to Pacquiao when he was stopped by Torrecampo except it was a headbutt/low blow in tandem and that KO'd him.
