How Pacquiao doesn't have an A+ rating for speed is beyond me. A solid A is the least he should get.

Manny to win, probably TKO but Horn like any boxer that steps into the ring has a chance, the degree of chance may not be high but it beats McGregor's degree of chance against Mayweather but a did say a "boxer's" chance. I'd take Horn over McGregor. Manny's once great speed may be fading to that of an above average welterweight but his skills, experience and power is still there; Manny has not had great KO power since Super Featherweight. He has had the power to hurt and super skills to win but not the KO power. I don't know much about Horn but he's stepping onto the big stage with a future IBHOF inductee, if' he is too tight there could be an early KO, if his conditioning isn't there and/or takes too much body damage then maybe a late KO, otherwise I predict Manny by TKO in rounds 7-10.

Headbutt and body shot, landing **** ****. Similar thing happened to Pacquiao when he was stopped by Torrecampo except it was a headbutt/low blow in tandem and that KO'd him.

I know; realized that when I woke up this AM and sent in to amend. Was writing while I was watching the Easter fight last night but still no excuse for that.

Even though Pac really showed no power in his past several fights I expect him to dominate Horn who may last the 12, even though he is really only a b fighter and the best fighter on his resume is old Randall Bailey...

The writer does not know what he is saying. Pacquiao last fight outside of the US was not not in2004. It was 2013 in Macau against Brandon Rios.
