Making weight and being strong at a weight are very different things. As he learned nothing from his own fight with de la hoya. He shouldn't fight any lower than 140.

I'm calling bull****. Manny has been saying this forever. It's just him trying to make his accomplishments seem even better. (little welter that can make 135 beating up bigger guys)

Pacquiao's ring weight has barely changed since 135lbs.

He needs to take weight gaining shakes just to be at 147lbs

He was just saw good he could dominate fighters naturally two weight classes above him

                He can easily do 140lbs.

135lbs he would have to cut but not a great deal, and no more than a quite a lot of fighters fighter there.

I'm sure he could do 140 but he would be a skeleton at 135

Never bought into it and I still don't, if that were the case he'd be more marketable as he'll be doing more damage. I'm not even talking 135, more 140
