Dude, do you seriously believe that Canelo can match Golovkin's firepower because if you do, I feel the sorriest for you? There's no way in hell, Ginger trades power punches with Golovkin over twelve rounds and survive. It's just not remotely possible or feasible.

Golovkin has been hit by much bigger men and punchers than Alvarez. Hell he has even given up an opportunity to become the undisputed champion at 160 just so he can target Alvarez because he knows it's a low risk high reward fight with much more money involved.

In addition, Canelo has never been in with such a monstrous, destroyer puncher like GGG before; Not in his career; Especially at a higher weight class. He couldn't so much as put a dent into Julio Chavez, Jr and that was at a much heavier weight class. He's going to be weaker against Gennady coming in much lighter.

He sounds like a defeated and resigned fighter that knows he can't win but just wants to go the distance.
      Are you ****ing ******??
How does Canelo sound like a defeated and resigned fighter??
What makes you think that he knows he can't win?

How does this explanation in anyway suggest that alvarez is a defeated fighter or that he is likely to take a dive?

Because he knows damn well he is not knocking out no GGG. He's only busting his fanboys' balls with comments like that. I've heard some very crazy things in my life but that was about the damnedest, most absurdly and insanely thing I've ever heard him say.

First of all anything can happen in boxing. Did anyone thought Marquez would knockout Pacquiao??
Second of all there's more than one way to win in a boxing fight. It doesn't have to be a KO so IDK how you come to the conclusion that Canelo knows he can't win the fight. It's actually a great fight that either fighter can win. If you disagree then your just a ****ing hater that doesn't know shet about boxing.
But it's okay, we'll find out in September who the better fighter is.
