Please make this fight! Coming from a fan of both guys.

Also, ESPN would be just what Rigo needs. Some exposure. 130k people watched his last fight. On ESPN it could be 2 million or more once you factor in their streaming service, plus highlights will get shown on Sportscenter unlike HBO and Showtime fights. How many millions watch sportscenter? This is a home run for Rigo, outside of the weight.

Honestly, since Loma has probably been steadily adding muscle in preparation for a move to 135, I'm not sure he can even make 128 anymore, but if he can, I would love if Loma offered Rigo a little weight concession. Not just for fairness sake, but for his own legacy. He will get more credit at 128 than 130. Even 129. Anything he can give up under 130 helps his legacy.

What makes you say he's "a lot" more skilled or more skilled at all? Dropped twice against the Japanese dude, Loma has never been dropped. Split decision win over Cordoba, Loma would have shut out that guy at any weight. I think Rigo has the better straight left hand, and more reach, and a little more speed, but the power and offensive variation is all in Lomachenko's favor. The offensive footwork, the angles, the combinations, all favor Loma. And he has a better chin for damn sure at any weight. Salido weighing 140 could not drop Loma.

I hope to hear announcement of their first presscon.
I don't want to hear negotiation issues. I don't want none of that garbage and let's expect everything will be settled amicably.
Similar to Thurman vs Garcia, as well as many others.

They better keep everything secret until they announce they both agreed to all terms.
Otherwise, I'm going to assume it's the other side again pricing themselves up.

Sounding a little desperate, fight was offered at 126 and rigo didn't take it, he hasn't made a smart decision since he got to the states

Such short notice for such a big fight, but who cares, make it happen Arum.

            Some questions:

Who, on such short notice, is better prepared for the other's style?

I imagine Loma and Rigo are on a similar level to Floyd in that they don't need to really study their opponent extensively beforehand, but I imagine one fighter might have an advantage.

Each fighter will only have roughly a month to prepare for what will be the biggest of his career.. Rigo seems incredibly confident in his abilities to get into the ring but Arum doesn't seem that confident in Loma... Or else why not exchange words with Rigo or make some sort of statement (Arum and Top Rank I mean).

This is all bs, Rigo won't even go up to 126 and I doubt he'll even be effective at 130, he's too small.

Rigo has nothing to lose by going to 130 to fight Loma. He'll gain a better payday, exposure and credit for boxing a larger man.

Both are phenomenal southpaw boxers. Interesting that the smaller Rigo has the reach advantage. Speed and skill are equal. Power might be advantage Loma. This might truly be a 50/50 fight.
