The shoulder/companion programming being afforded to #boxing by ESPN is solid. Im told this will continue moving forward...

Yes, this will be the norm. And for other big events in the sport, too(like they did with Canelo-Chavez)....

Will there be similar coverage for Terrell Crawford vs Julian Indongo?

I still think its too little too late, the pac horn fight will do around 1.2 million viewerships.

Boxing is not big as ufc, because boxing is on ppv and just because one million or even three million people order your fight which is huge that doesnt mean others watch, you will make money from the ppv buys but your name isnt reslly reaching to household names, there is over 300 million americans, this is a good step forward for, boxing to get back on the main stage.

The one good thing is that the NBA free agency period is tonight I think, plus it looks like there was a big trade, so maybe that generates some off-season traffic to espn that will see the Pacquiao-Horn stuff.

But yeah, it could be too little too late to get big ratings.

Espn doesnt get big big ratings, the key would be to utlize ABC espns mother station which is network free and not paid cable.

If they promoted the fight on ABC with the banner and had the fight on ABC it could do Well. The most espn will get is probably 1.8 million rating since its still cable and casuals dont really watch espn, abc would bring in casual viewers.

Judge cam. You can see the punches that from their position they literally cannot see therefore don't score

You mean boxing casuals or sports casuals in general? Because sports casuals in general LOVE espn. That's where they get 99% of their sports knowledge.

Casuals in general, yes sports casuals love espn, but the boxing casual might not be a sports fan, and the casual who likes to watch popular things aka the bandwagoner who gives into propaganda and hype and is curious will watch abc more than espn they should, have had a banner running on abc if they wanted more reach and views.
