We never even hear anything about his manager/promoter reaching out to other promoters/managers.

He asked reasonable in comparison with Loma. Lomachenko value is not greater than Rigo in just evaluation. Rigo is taking bigger risk and now is the one making the adjustments for the fight. Lomachenko is doing nothing to make it happen so I believe he is afraid of being another Nonito
