Do you think a cop shooting a innocent man because he got scared is reasonable?

You've taken the police department to court several times and won? What infractions were they doing for you to take them to court
I've been pulled over 30 plus times in my life. Every one of them was my fault except maybe one and he let me just drive off. I didn't get a ticket in all of them, but the ones I did that I disagreed with, I fought in court like a respectful professional.

I've also been involved in a wrongful termination case though work years ago that dragged out into arbitration that I won.

Most people are afraid of court. I don't want to go, but when I get an excuse to go, I prepare for it like a lawyer would.

I wasn't always like this. When I was 18 to my early 20's I would get irritated with cops sure, but that's around the time I changed. I learned how to blame myself for my mistakes. Whether it was getting hit with a jab or not getting a promotion. I wake up every morning since then and the bell rings. It's time for me to go to work.

    Live like a champion.

Those cops are doing a find job aren't they

Are you scared to go outside without your gun?
You'd have a higher crime rate if your ***** ass police actually fought crime instead of ignoring it and running away at the chance of possible violence. They are doing a 'find job' over there. Too scared to be called racist so you let your little girls get ****d and so submissive and cowardly you **** yourselves over violence.

Don't waste your time with this clown. You're trying to reason with the equivalent of this:

          • Well, he's not saying the cop was justified - more that you simply have to be smart and not make any movements when cops are talking to you like that. Which he is right on.

But that's really an indictment on these cops who, let's face, are unbelievably awful. You basically have to legislate for cops being trigger happy as hell and just breathe in until it's over. I can't imagine living in a society where you legitimately fear for your life (especially if you're black) every time you get pulled over from the PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT YOU.

            It's beyond facked up.

Why would you decide to ruin your life being a cop or 'serving' in the army for a couple of more bucks rather than having a good job unless you were some useless human being good for nothing. Those morons are treated as some respected shid, but in fact they are poor pitiful low plates. They have no life, no peace, no character.
Still, I understand their job is a stressful one and they should shoot thugs if they reach for their gun or don't drop it after the warning.

              • Killing other man is never justified period

                • I can understand both sides of the argument but ultimately it was the cop that made a grave mistake that he'll have to live with the rest of his life. Im also glad he was terminated at the vet least.

To add, there's no amount of training that can stop this mindset in police departments. The change has to start in the beginning with recruitment. Taxpayers pay millions of dollars each year making sure potential police have never committed petty crimes or smoked a lil weed but departments don't go as far as asking candidates when the last time they used the N word? Also putting candidates in certain situations with different cultures to see how they react would help too.

Lastly, it's a police officers job to be professional at all times, not the law breakers.

Damn, 30 times? Are you just a really bad driver or something?

                    • I agree with what Mikey is saying but can we see what happened when the guy allegedly made the gesture that got him shot? I watched the dashcam footage and his girlfriend's stream and I didn't see that part. I'm hesitant to say it was justified or not justified.
