I wouldn't hold my breath for it because Floyd is now officially retired from boxing until further notice. This is a B.S. fight. It amounts to nothing but an exhibition. It's more about having fun in the ring rather than real competition. The only reason why hes taking on Conor Mcgregor is because of the money and entertainment purposes. Mayweather calls the shots unless Mayweather spoke directly to Roach. You dont arrange for Mayweather, he arranges for you if he wants to fight you.

Pacquiao needs to win big. He needs to destroy Horn, then pick up a fight against Thurman or Spence.

If that can't happen, he needs someone like a Brook or a Porter, and he needs to destroy them, so Spence or Thurman have to fight him.

I still have Manny at No.1 at 147, I don't see Spence coping with him yet, not if he's properly fired up. And Spence is a take-one-to-land-one puncher which plays right into Manny's hands given how durable he is. You don't wear Manny down, it just doesn't happen.

That being said, a bad performance vs Horn and we know he's lost it for good.
