Floyd is retired. He isn't a champion. The reason NSAC is sanctioning the fight is because of the huge amount of money its expected to generate. Should they have sanctioned it, of course not. If you were the NSAC board you would sanction it or lose your job.

Manny is the WBO WW champ-asking him to fight the other WW champs or the WBO JWW champ is fair.
