How many views will ESPN get for the Manny Pacquiao vs Jeff Horn fight this coming Saturday night @ 9PM ET?

Can it possibly reached 10 million viewers? You know it's free tv.

Well even though it's on free TV I probably won't watch it. I have no interest in this match up against the fighting school teacher.

I think it should do reasonably well as far as views though. Probably close to or around what Thurman-Porter did. It is Pacquiao and it's free TV so maybe it might do more, but I'm going to guess somewhere around the Thurman-Porter ratings. Also I don't know if people know Pacquiao is fighting. This has got to be the quietest it's ever been for a Pacquiao fight.

I hope Pacquiao fights Crawford next or a big or decent name.

The last fight of Pacquiao's I saw actually was against Mayweather.

The Bradley 3 and Vargas fights weren't appealing and neither is Horn the school teacher.

Regarding the live gate in Australia, it's reported that the 52,500-seat Suncorp Stadium is already near sellout. Almost 50,000 tickets already sold.

I'm excited that this is on ESPN.

I have HBO and would have watched it there but no way was I going to buy the PPV.

I got no clue, but I'm super curious. I feel like they should be good numbers.

I feel more confident in speculating on PPV numbers than TV ratings. Need one of the boxing ratings nerds to comment on this. Pigeons or MCC maybe.

Free always does well, they knew nobody would buy this so they made it free that's good.

With the aggressive style of the fighting school teacher, Jeep Horn, I think this will be a very exciting, entertaining fight.

Jeep's style of fighting will mesh well with Pacquiao's style. There could be a lot of knockdowns and possibly the fight ends in a knockout.

For boxing fans, this is a can't miss exciting, entertaining fight.

3-6 million views. Manny is still a star. One of the few household names in boxing.
