No this is not a photo shop, dudes face looks old and his body is soft, looking like a Grandpa, this was taken in Australia after he touched down. His face has aged a good 15 years within the last 4 years.

I just watched recent footage of him being interviewed in Australia. He looked the same as he usually does. These photos were obviously not taken using standard lighting...or the colour was altered for artistic purposes. It's pretty obvious by the tint of the photos.

What we are witnessing is called time and as we all know, it's undefeated and waits for no one. Not for even Manny Pacquiao. He's nearly 40 years old and looks every bit the age he's currently is.
