I would agree if the circus fight wasn't on. One could argue they didn't want the circus in Vagas that w.k

I guess it's the promotor who puts up the financial risk so they stage the fight wherever they are most likely to make their money back, plus some.

In saying that, i've always found it paradoxical that boxing - mostly men from the streets & lower socioeconomic parts of community - attract these yuppy celebs to fights, while the real fight fans can only dream of sitting ringside at one of these events.

Just checked ticket prices.nose bleed for at least 800€on viagogo.on the official sites the "cheapest"are not available any more,starting at 1500 € for available tickets

PPV is the cheapest option for this fight. Definitely tuning in!
Gayweather is the fight I'll be watching for free at a pub. That's all that fights worth!

Obviously fellas, these tix prices are ridiculous. However, this truly is a mega fight, so I understand the markup for these tix. Anyhow, I'm one of the lucky few that was able to grab a ticket during last Tuesday presale @ a reasonable price $756 dollars after tax for an upper level seat. If you try to buy the same section on stubhub they marked up the price to $1400+, lol. I been to Canelo's last 6 fights this ticket being the most expensive follow by the Chavez Jr fight then Cotto.

It is ridiculous that successful entertainers in the wider sense of the word make many multiples of what top doctors or engineers earn. The reason they can is because we have not found out how to still the chattering mind so we need to be distracted by "entertainment" - that said >> may the best man win!!!!

This fight would draw 100,000 easy at the Dallas Cowboys stadium. It would eclipse the Joshua-Klitschko number from Wembley.

I think that would be better for the health of the sport here in the U.S.

But how do you fight against the clout and money of the Vegas casinos?
