I'm not expecting big numbers for this. About the same as Canelo-Khan. Make no mistake about it, the Mexicans will buy to root on Alvarez, but no one is buying to see Golovkin. G had his chance to be a big deal, a huge star, and instead of trying for it he took it easy with Rubio, Murray, Wade and the rest of the sisters of the poor. Canelo is the biggest diva there is, but gotta give him credit for taking on Trout and Lara when he did. Which is why he is 26 and a ppv star and G is 35 and unknown to casual sports fans.

This is a good match-up but it doesn't come close to Ward-Kovalev. In fact, Thurman-Garcia, Brook-Spence, and Garcia-Broner are all just has good and not on ppv. The casuals will watch Floyd, the Mexicans will watch Canelo.

Cowboys stadium would have been nice but what about the Stub Hub? That would've been great too. That could have easily done 60,000.

I just wonder if the author of this article WHINED LIKE THIS when the Manny-Floyd "fight" took place. Because it was the same situation back then. The only difference is that A PEST, THE BOXING C.OCKROACH Floyd didn't ruin that "fight" with a circus event, a couple of weeks earlier.
