Why Is Alvarez's Flexibility/Reflexes So Underrated?

We acknowledge how fast Khan is... and yes Nelo did get tagged in Round 1, but Alvarez made Khan miss a lot by proper footwork and bending or torso. Against Khan... the Nelo haters can pretend that it's easy, but for what it's worth, being able to read offensive attacks from a slower guy come Sept. 2017, I promise y'all will be amazed just the way Ward even at 175 is still super fast with evasive defense.

People confuse "flat footed" with preferred style. Just because some other elites prefer to use the ring doesn't mean other boxers would prefer timing in the pocket. To reset and attempt a KO is an art within itself. Shıt man Alvarez ain't no Lamont Peterson, DeGale or Linares type footwork to supposedly need in order to beat GGG, but Nelo CLEARLY has attributes that supersede "slow" or "flat footed." Slow against who? Trout, Lara, Mayweather, Khan? Who at 160 is as fast as them?

Danny Garcia can't even bend his torso with a major cross on a counter. Garcia is limited to Hooks. Again who else agrees Nelo is fast as fook with counter offensives?

I thinks Canelo has just had too much exposure. 51 fights and he's been front page since 2013. I think people tend not to appreciate over exposed fighters.

Because look how much attention the emporors new clothes always get. Lomachenko mr 10 fights. AJ mr 1 real fight. Cud go on.

People who know boxing know Canelo has the best motor skills in boxing

You are missing the big picture. While Khan was running away from Canelo. Golovkin is going to be running to Canelo which makes a huge difference. Moreover, GGG has a much better defense than Khan as well. Let's not forget that. I expect an airtight defense and a systematic beat down by Gennady Golovkin.

Cuse ppl hate him just like they hated Floyd ,Canelo will read GGG pretty well and counter him many times ,using his movement and feints to set up GGG on uppercuts.

do you know how much clinching and running will tire Golovkin? Alvarez likes to tag when guys rush in... if he does that about 4 times throughout 12 how do you think that move alone will look to the judges, just that move...

If Alvarez lands a Curtis Stevens type hook or cross from the ropes I guarantee GGG will get buzzed... call it fantasy fine... just look at the Brook bout. I don't assume Brook and Alvarez look the same hitting a heavy bag.

Also Alvarez with them Everlast MX!!! GGG gonnna be moved around like rocks in pillows

What you are saying, all of that might be true but just remember that Alvarez is mostly a counter puncher with a low work rate and bad stamina. GGG on the other hand is a natural puncher, who has a very high work rate and good stamina.

In addition, keep in mind that Gennady is the naturally larger fighter with the heavier artillery and the busier fighter too. If it comes down to a firefight, Canelo would be at a disadvantage.

Lastly, there's no way Alvarez is going out box GGG with those slow feet of his. Golovkin is just going to cut off the ring by walking him down and backing him up.

Expect Ginger to get hit and get hit a lot perhaps to the point of his corner stopping the fight between rounds or simply by throwing in the towel.

He has a decent counter. I'm not sure how will play against Golovkin. Jacobs was able to counter Golovkin effectively because he is really fast. Monroe wasn't quite as fast but had similar albeit limited success. Canelo can too but he'll need a little bit more variation in his offense.

Idk why he doesn't get much respect for that or people rarely even acknowledge it.

Guy is soooooo much harder to hit then GGG is & I feel like that'll be the difference in their fight in September. GGG is gonna miss more punches then in any fight previous & he's gonna get right after missing which'll likely f#ck with his confidence & get him to be shyer/more careful then normal.
