Why were they trying to sell this as a PPV fight? They are not two of the biggest names, they might be two of the best fighters but not names.

I think that's just the HBO way now. It could have been a great fight for boxing, had more eyes seen it. Milking the boxing purists just feels wrong.

Beyond America, Pac isn't a draw anymore. Golovkin did similar numbers to Ward. You bitter dudes who have been wrong about him repeatedly want to discredit him any way you can, but who else is doing better right now?
The only one bitter Is you. The truth Is Ward never has and never will be, a top PPV star. How long has Crawford been fighting? How long has Ward been fighting? In do time Crawford will surpass Ward In PPV sells and that Is a guarantee.

Golovkin's next PPV will certainly do better than Ward's.

Give Pacquiao a credible opponent for his next fight and I can guarantee you It will do better than 130,000 sells.

There Is no need to be bitter with the truth. The guy Is the #1 P4P fighter In the world and cannot sell and that Is a shame considering someone like Floyd Mayweather can.

Jay Z has little to no care for Roc Nation Sports in boxing. It's one of his most irrelevant ventures.

For example, Roc Nation got Robinson Cano the 3rd largest contract in MLB history with the Mariners. Kevin Durant is also with RNS and credits Jay-Z for his decision on going to the Warriors. RNS also signed CC Sabathia in 2014 and got him endorsement deals with Jordan, Pepsi, and Subway. Yoenis Cespedes, the Cuban from the NY Mets, also signed with RNS in 2014 and they got him a 3 year $75 million contract with the Mets.

Boxing is just a toy for RNS/Jay-Z. They're working with bigger contracts elsewhere. $6 million for Ward is among their smallest contracts. I think Victor Cruz to the Bears is their absolute smallest.

Lol, yea, you're not bitter. Your goofy ass has been hating on Ward non-stop and now you're even more pissed because he proved you wrong AGAIN.

I never claimed he was a PPV star or have even wanted him to be so don't start making shyt up. Fact is, he's not a US PPV star and neither is anyone else right now except Canelo so GTFO with this "considering he's p4p" noise.

I understand your fragile little ass is still tender after last weekend but don't expect to be able to run off on some bullshyt w/o being called out on it.

Also, I think this is the end for Roc Nation as a promotional company... They obviously lost big on the event with the low numbers, combined with Ward's guarantee. There's already rumors of James Prince moving his roster to Top Rank, he's already moved Bryant Jennings there, he has Shakur Stevenson under Top Rank and I expect the same will happen with Ward soon.

Is roc Nation just going to keep overpaying until they are erased from existence? I really don't know how they gave Cotto and Ward the deals they did and expect to profit.

Dude, go f**k yourself. I picked Ward to win and thought he fought a great fight which was ruined by a bulls**t stoppage by the referee.

You are a bitter ***** because you made ****** comments, down playing other fighters PPV sells because Ward's was dismal once again.

Well get used to It, It's not going to change.
