**** No. Stiverne barely got past a gatekeeper. Duhaupas, absolutely not. Washington, I doubt it.

He has a fight to build his name up for AJ in the UK, for a lot of momey, and he doesn't take it? You guys are lying to yourself. If it was easy as it can be he would have taken the $3 million. He doesn't even get that much in his other fights.

Wilder fights bums and doesn't have more than one top ten (And to me Stiverne was never good) on his resume. The irony, you see these Wilder defenders nitpicking GGG on every single detail but defending Wilder of all people, LOL.

It's not the best but it's a decent fight and good exposure in the UK.

Also an opportunity to try and beat him better than AJ did.

Why not? It's not a bad fight.

But I do think it would be a good business move for Wilder to take this fight. He would get exposure to UK audience, good payday, another highlight reel KO most likely.

He'd probably also get a decent amount of criticism about fighting him, even though he's supposedly ducking him, but the good outweighs the bad here in my view.

Wilder needs to get the Stiverne mando out of the way and then fight someone good right away. I would prefer that someone to be better than Whyte though.
I wouldn't call it a duck, but for a guy like Wilder who claims to be about his money, it sure looks weird to price himself out of his biggest payday fighting the type of guy he's had no qualms fighting before...

maybe its all negotiation tactics. we don't know what goes on behind the scenes. this twitter **** is for show

on top of that, Wilder isn't a draw...when you not a draw, you either fight at home or travel...

Stiverne is cr*p.. Even Wilder himself said Stiverne lost against Rossy.. He lost against a bum ROSSY And got knocked down flat on his arse!! but was gifted the win.. C'mon dude Wilder admitted that himself so why you trying to make Stiverne out to be some elite fighter?

I know it makes Wilder's look bad that Stiverne lost to a legitimate bum Rossy and Rossy who has feather fists managed to drop him and Wilder didn't.. But only Wilder nut huggers can convince themselves that Stiverne is good.. Your own man said he's ****.

Idk who's overhyping Whyte primarily if it's not UK fans.

Brits think he's a raging monster-beast for whatever reason, it's really quote silly..
Oh yeah you're right. I forgot about the amateur W.

Who else beat Joshua as an amateur?

He should have taken the money and showed the UK fans a little more of what he would bring to the AJ fight. In the UK nobody knows him, they just know he's the next big fight for AJ.

If he put on a good performance and knocked Whyte out then it would have got the British crowd wet with excitement at the prospect of AJ fighting someone his own size and age. I

think Hearn knows DW wouldn't have a chance but he's willing to over pay now and cash it all back in when AJ and Wilder get it on.

Am I missing something, has Wilder ever got more money for 1 fight?

Is he ****** or what? Why not fight average fighter for big money?

Whyte fight is a good start for nice english run:

                  1. fight Whyte
                  2. fight Bellew in Liverpool
                  3. huge fight with Joshua in London

What is his plan instead of that? Does he have any?

I mean, it's all relative. A lot of people saying don't fight Whyte, he's a chump. But how many guys in the HW division would you actually put at a level above Whyte? He's better than Molina and the version of Arreola that Wilder fought. I think he'd be in competitive fights against Szpilka, Duhaupas, Stiverne and Washington. Those are all B level guys imo. There's really only half a dozen or so guys that I think are clearly above that level.
