Canelo doesn't understand the blueprint of Mayweather. It's low-risk/high-high-reward. Catch an opponent when they are past their prime or haven't reached it yet. Get every advantage you can be it size, weight, age, gloves, etc. There is no way Floyd will sign a rematch with Canelo even if it were for a guaranteed $500M. He's too busy joining the circus and fighting a carnival clown who has zero chance of winning.

I think he knows the blueprint very well himself - using it against Golovkin. No way any 35 yr old CLEAN boxer is in their physical prime or close to it. Most guys are in their prime late twenties or early thirties. GBP waited for signs of weakness before making the fight. They didn't go back to 154 to fight Smith in order to make a boat load of money.

You need a hug dude lol I don't think Canelo waited for GGG to age, but the fact is, he is older. I personally think it won't matter, as I have GGG stopping Canelo, but he is older. It's definitely not important for this fight imo. Excuses will be unacceptable after this affair, barring a freak incident.
