So are Lomachenko & Crawford now officially gone from HBO?

    Like for good?

If so, man that's a massive blow to an already reeling HBO.

Bud & Loma were two of HBO's most heavily promoted headliners. Crawford especially. And Loma, while not a box office smash of a draw at the moment -- I don't think it can be debated that he was steadily picking up momentum as a guy that people wanna see.

I also read that HBO, who of course passed on the Pacquiao/Vargas fight, was in such a desperate state that they actually put in an offer on Pacquiao/Horn. Which of course was ultimately rejected by Bob. Or at least that's what was reported.

Who the f**k does HBO have left? Canelo, obviously. Then who? Ward, Kov, and GGG? Who else?

      Yeah

Things don't look good for HBo right now. And honestly with the biased f.uckery they've been doing Im not sad to see them in this state.

I would assume that Bud and Loma are gone, That will leave HBO with Gonzalez,
      Canelo, Gennady, Ward & Kov

It's not just lack of guys they have tied down it'll be getting them decent names to fight.

I really never believed that HBO Boxing would ever go belly up like some posters would say but now it's REALLY looking like that may truly be the case.

For real though GGG is gonna have to straight up knock Canelo the f**k out. There's no way that dude is getting a decision, lol. And this ain't no built-in excuse **** either. This is boxing politics. Y'all know how the **** goes. Golovkin is pushing 37 or some ****...HBO needs Canelo to be a star more than ever right now. Like he's their one and only f**king hope.

All these promoters on different networks is terrible for boxing. It's hard enough getting promoters to work together, now there's the networks too.

He won't get the KO and he won't get the decision. Bet that. There's no future with him like there is with Canelo. It's all about business. Canelo will take a decision for sure.

For some reason I saw your thread title and thought of how STAX ON DECK would have worded it. I imagine it'd be something like this...

"so r lomahcnkeo and crawfnad now ofiiclly gone from hbo<<<,,?????"

I have very little personal connection to or preference for any particular network, but I agree that promoters scattering across networks can create obstacles to making future fights.

If HBO really lost Loma and Crawford, that's a pretty big blow considering HBO's investment into them. Not to mention that they are entering the prime of their careers, are excellent, fun to watch etc etc
