I think you're missing the bigger picture...Pacquiao at the declining end of his career still is league's ahead in money, popularity & drawing power compared to Broners.

The highlight of Broners career doesn't even come close to Pacs sad last days lol. A washed Pacquiao is getting 10 mill to fight horn. Broner will probly never see that no matter who he fights. Comparing their careers is beyond laughable

First off HBO put it an offer on Pacquiao/Horn. Read the reports.

Second, Terrence Crawford and Vasyl Lomachenko are also going to be fighting on ESPN. Crawford & Lomachenko are two of HBO's most heavily promoted fighters.

Y'all are missing the point. No **** Pacquiao is much bigger than Broner. Nobody is comparing the two. All AB is saying is that Pac has dropped big time. Pac was is suppode to be a PPV king, not a free TV fighter. This is the same guy who holds half the record for most ppv ever sold, and now he's on ESPN. Arum is a ****head that sucks at his job.
If AB wins convincingly (which he will) i dont see how Pac vs AB isn't a great idea.

Again I don't know how many times I gotta say this ****, but the f**ker is a cup of coffee away from being FORTY years old for f**k's sake. How do some of y'all not understand that nobody stays at or near the top forever? And he WAS a pay-per-view king. The f**king guy headlined more than like 20 pay-per-views. Lmao that's f**king unheard of for anybody not named Floyd Mayweather Jr.

And while yes, it would be foolish to say that him being Floyd's biggest perceived threat didn't help his PPV status -- of course it did, but that was far from the only reason. He was a fabulous PPV attraction because he was a great fighter and one of the most exciting and prolific offensive fighters of all-time. But his PPVs were on the decline BEFORE he lost to Floyd.

That's life as a professional athlete, man. There's an arch. You reach a peak and then as you show signs of slippage the interest begins to wane and the sporting public starts to look at younger, fresher talent. That's just the way **** works. Floyd's like the only exception to that rule. And all the credit in the world to Floyd staying at the top in this regard for this long. It's amazing what he has done. More than amazing, actually. I don't even have words for how amazing it is. But seriously I don't know what world some of y'all live in to think that a guy can be performing at a PPV headlining level for a full 10 plus years and be surprised that same guy isn't doing that anymore on the doorstep of 40. Come on now this **** is common sense.
