The second time he did it was in the 7th. But this time Weeks didn't fall for it.

And the third time was in the 8th round.

Who's to say that mannequin is the same dimensions as kovalev and that the trunks were the exact same height? Also, a shot doesn't have to be square in the nuts to be considered low. Regardless of the outcome of the fight, it's strange to see people arguing that shots to the lettering on the front of trunks are ok.
