Hey--honestly, this is a great fight for Kovalev. If he wins, he can force Ward into a trilogy or retire type scenario. No offense to anyone on the site, but Ward won this past one pretty clearly. He pushes Kovalev past his normal conditioning every time. I think one of those shots were low blows, but that can go both ways. He can definitely force a 3rd if Shevenson (who he'll KO I'd think) will actually take a tough fight.

Also, by the way; I forgot to mention that Stevenson ices this clown within three rounds. It wouldn't last the distance.

Now that Kov has been exposed as a guy with no stamina and can't handle body shot Adonis wants him all of a sudden.

I think Kovalev has been exposed as mentally weak more than anything else. Not solely because of the way the fight played out this past weekend. But even in the aftermath of the first fight and the buildup to the rematch.

I knew something was up the way so many conflicting stories were coming out of Kovalev's "camp." Forget all the trainers and whatnot, Kovalev was exhibiting erratic behavior in the buildup. Do not put him back in the ring until at least early-mid of next year against a real soft touch. That was a beaten fighter on Saturday.

He might as well dip from the whole team. Jackson and the other trainers threw him under the bus after the fight and he got paid a shade over 14 grand according to Dan Rafael.

Get a new team then fight Smith or somebody like that in the division because Stevenson is not a good matchup for him at this point.

The sad part is that Stevenson would be more willing to make a deal to fight Kovalev now that Kovalev has been KO'd. I don't think Stevenson ducked Kovalev before. However, now I think he will be itching to fight Kovalev and willing to make more concessions than he would before.
