Everyone admits the shot in your gif was low; Ward even admitted that himself. Kov fans keep showing that same video because that was the only clear low blow. The rest is just sour g****s as usual.....

Not everyone admits it was a lowblow. And I would love to see all three final shots from that camera angle, HBO only shows the final shot replay, but I would love to see that whole final sequence shown trust me.
