Dude has proved himself over and over again. If he wants to get paid before hanging them up, I get it. I just hope it plays out well. I don't see anything that's both smart and yet also money and interesting to the fans. IMO, he should either take on the contenders at 175 or retire.

Stevenson at 175 and Golovkin between 168-175 are money fights. Beterbiev will be his IBF mandatory soon as well.

I agree. Quebec is much more affluent than Oakland. But in Ward's mind since he's the champ he shouldn't have to travel even if there's more money there. Honestly they only person I see him traveling for is Joshua
