Why not? They gave JMM 3 tries, why not this one?

60 TOTAL SCORES POLLED FROM MEDIA
44 Scores for KOVALEV = 73%
15 Scores for WARD = 25%
1 Score for a DRAW + 2%
2nd fight should be overturned into a DQ. Nobody should even humor that it was legal.
They also scored Golovkin over Jacobs close.
They have a bunch of great neutral scores.
I'll take BSL scorecards over others who could be biased. BS's scorer shows he has no dog in any fight and doesn't play the "oh i'm white/black, so the white/black guy won" character.

No. This isn't even about the physical aspect anymore. Ward can adapt during the fight and mentally, Kov is B- level at best. Ward is simply a better fighter. The first fight was close because of the KD, this fight looked as it was going to have Ward run away w/ the last 1/4 of the fight with ease. He has Kovalev figured out.

I think Ward wins all day every day now. I thought Ward learned the things to do & the things not to do the first time so expected him to win a cleaner fight tonight. I don't know why that wouldn't continue even more so a third time.
And I don't even see a point in a 3rd fight now. Kovalev gots some rebuilding to do & Ward can do bigger & better things. Plus I think both guys are reaching that age when they don't got much time left in their peaks, if they aren't even past them already, & I just don't see the reason for their paths crossing again unless both guys are around & operating at the same level 3, 4 or 5 years from now.

For f#cks sake if the #3 at worst 175lber in the f#cking world is a B- boxer there should only be 20 fighters at 175 in the world cuz the rest suck too bad to be fighting professional.
Guys can be A level fighters & lose to other slightly better A level fighters. Thats what happened tonight too. A elite level fighter beat another elite, but not elite enough, level fighter.
