  • Who here wants a trilogy and who would win a third immediate fight?

Kovalev overtrained for the first fight and supposedly he "won" anyway, then he gets an immediate rematch, looks tired at about the 5th round, gets hit on the head a pack of times and looks hurt form head punches. The fight culminates with some belt line punches and some questionably low punches and gets TKO'ed now.

What happens in the third fight? Does Kovalev finally get the TKO, "sparks" Ward out? Or does Ward just finish the job he started before Tony Weeks took the legit TKO away from him?

Why on earth would a trilogy be needed when one fighter literally quit on his knees in the corner?

    No way imo.

What head punches was he hurt by other than the right from Ward in the 8th?

They have this fight again with neutral officiating.

60 TOTAL SCORES POLLED FROM MEDIA

        44 Scores for KOVALEV = 73%
        15 Scores for WARD = 25%
        1 Score for a DRAW + 2%

2nd fight should be overturned into a DQ. Nobody should even humor that it was legal.

He finished the guy. People can cry about belt line shots but it doesn't change what happened. Kovalev got finished. Shots to the head really ***ed him up, body shots put him away.

If he earns his way back, hell yea. Would love to see it. Right now, Stevenson, Gvo, and Beterbeiv (should he beat someone with a pulse) are better fights.

I would honestly be up for it. But I am skeptical that they'll feel like they can sell a third one right away.

But I absolutely welcome it. I'd pay whatever I have to to make it happen.

Ward stops him clean in a third fight I have no doubts about that.

I would love a trilogy. Ward clearly had Kovalev done in starting at the 5th round and then just kicked his ass from there to the 8th. I just want to see him abuse Kovalev again because there's people still talking. Easy payday for Ward, He stops him again. People are ignoring the head punches that had Kovalev hurt and retreating before the the body punches that ended the fight.

Besides who else would make a fun fight with Ward right now?

I hope Ward gives him an immediate third fight and just beats him up again.

Kovalev needs a couple of impressive KOs before he can even ask for another rematch , he looked old as **** tonight

                    What shots to the head?

Show me proof of the right hands that hurt Kovalev.
