When a shot is low you usually see some type of ripple effect on the trunk legs but in that gif you can see the shots are dead on the Krusher symbol. You can see they are landing on a solid surface which is the belt line.

Yea that was very weird and quite silly of Ward. Kovalev could had easily taken advantage of that situation.

Even without slow mo you can see those were right on the belt and clearly legal. They are low blows doe!

The first right hook isn't even on the belt, or at worst its at the top of the waistline. Kovalev has problems with stamina and taking punches to the breadbasket. I think its probably bad habits over a long period of time.
