If you think rigo is boring. You can't appreciate the art of boxing. Hit and not get hit.

I get the feeling people have of it being OK for Rigo to get the win because the dude was obviously milking it, but at the same time the true fair call there was a no contest. Now on the other side of the coin you got Lampley lobbying extremely hard to influence the commissioner into DQ'ing Rigo on live TV no less that whole exchange on live TV was so shady I couldn't believe it was happening. That's some **** you imagine may happen in a backroom somewhere afterwards.

They both threw a shot the better one landed it was clearly not intentional so clear NC.

Agreed. According to the rules stated in the broadcast, it should be a NC, not a DQ.

Lmao I've been a boxing fan longer than you've been alive, bro. I know and appreciate good boxing when I see it. I've seen Rigo look great (as he did against Donaire) and I've seen him look awful (as he has in too many of his fights). The man has rarified talent, but let's not pretend he's entertaining, even to the diehards like me.

It's too bad about tonight, because Rigo looked like he might've been on his way to a rare entertaining performance. However, as I said before, he always seems to find a way to make for a boring or ugly fight. This evening it was an ugly "win," even if it stands up to a commission review.

Wasn't holding behind the head when he landed the fake KO blow on Flores.

I apologise for how that came across. I didn't intend to question your boxing knowledge. I wouldn't judge any fellow boxing fan on an opinion on any single fighter. I feel I must disagree however with what you deem as entertaining. To me, even when rigo doesn't throw punches I love watching how he slips and evades attacks, and how he pivots and shuffles out of danger effortlessly whilst keeping his amazing balance.
Maybe you'll say I'm just another rigo fanboy who thinks the sun shines out of his Arse no matter what....maybe I am ha
But to me he's a magician in there and he does things only very few can do or have ever been able to do. And I find every one of his fights fascinating. Maybe you could just be to impatient to enjoy style, I admit he's not for everyone

You love boxing more than most including me then or maybe I'm just jaded by now but theres a limit. I'm a Rigo fan since always I appreciate him and rank him accordingly, but I can safely say that he has had some of his worst fights on the big stage and it's very frustrating to watch him toy with someone, but not try to get them out at all.

It's also a matter of luck some of Rigo's best fights have been the ones no casual has seen, but every time he gets up to give a show on HBO (save for the Donaire fight) it either gets cancelled or the fight is a stinker partly his opponents fault and part his, and now I guess you can add to the list some weird **** happening.
