Those hobos and bums Mickey Rourke was fighting would be a good place to start for 5 fights.

From there he can fight maybe a drifter or two.

Then he could start to think about guys who just have run of the mill losing record to get to ten fights. Then some Guys who are tough but win as much as they lose losing to anyone decent. Then maybe a prospect or three that are not really that good. Then some vets who know how to go rounds to get to 20 fights. Being that these should be low damage fights he could hopefully get it done in two years.

Then he can fight some faded named vets or guys that are clearly lacking that next gear, if he can get by that a fringe contender or two, then a contender or two (given his name value he would probably be picking up a bet at this stage). Then maybe something resembling a top 5 sort of guy.

Zelenof should fight him and get his first win.

Mexican Americans are!!! Thats why Thurman wont even speak Jessie Vargas name. Hes shook, none of those pbc guys want that work. Hopefully Vargas gets Matthysse than Porter, then the winner of Thurman and Spence.

My vote for a McGregor victory: Andy Harris.

Maybe one of those 3 wins, 28 losses (15 by KO), no hopers they put on against a prospect in a 6 rounder.

Yeah I've noticed Keith and everybody else at 147 are terrified of Vargas. I think it's the punching power they're worried about.

Realistically there are so many cab drivers in boxing he could actually build a good record against them.
As far as anyone of note, no he won't beat them.
People who say Paulie Malinaggi are out of there minds.
