Garcia/Salka was put on by GB. GGG has plenty of mismatches along with Canelo. People didn't seem to mind when the great Chavez Sr. an accomplished champion was facing someone making their debut for his 41 fight or chavez facing a guy with a 1-15 record for his 50th fight.

Hey Dbag, Chavez fought up to 6 times a year, & back in that era it didnt matter,he would just fight who they put in front of him,not to mention he went 89-0 by fighting all comers,young lions,& legends sometimes back to back in 50 days like he did Whitaker when he fought 6x that yr. Not to mention he didn't become a big name until he was around that many fights in. I hate it when Chavez is used to try to justify Mayweather & his career cherrypicking.

unless they stack the undercard it wont do aswell as people think. think people will be reluctant to actually spend money on it, most will just stream it or whatever out of intrigue.

Yeah i agree. And jr is running the undercard too which will suck, tank vs another weakling etc... Remember jr tried to play up last fight against berto like it was a legends last hurrah and did maybe 500k. So who knows
