Everyone keeps talking about Ward got a gift decision. It was a one point fight with swing rounds that could have went either way. I scored it 114-113 for Ward 7 to 5, and I can tell you each round I gave to each fighter. I love Paul Williams but his victory over Eslandry Lara was a gift decision. Stop calling Ward win a gift or robbery because it was far from that.

The only mark Kovalev had on him last fight was doing the walk of shame/disappointment out of the ring. Ward was battered and bruised. Kovalev was not phased by anything Ward threw at him. When you look at the punch stats Kovalev was clearly out landing him with power shots and jabs. Maybe Ward held up in the later rounds, credit for that, but with the KD in round 2 Kovalev had him beat. Just sayin. It will all get sorted out on Saturday night.

he also could have won if he finished the job, and/or actually adapted to wards Adjustments and made his own....he thought what he usually does would be enough and it wasnt....tough tittie...make up for it in the rematch
