I have to say that after watching the first fight yet again, it was clearly a Kovalev victory. They gifted that fight to Ward for whatever reason but still it was a gift. I am not biased toward either fighter but man it was a shameful decision by 3 so-called professional boxing judges. Sorry just telling it like it is. I hope Saturday night is not a replay of that travesty. Ward better bring his A+ game and show us he deserves that belt.

On saturday night we have the chance to rid the sport once and for all of one of the fighters who brings much negativity into boxing, with his foul play, diva like attitude and cherry picking (kovalev is his only legitimate opponent in many years).

He also repeatedly tried (unsuccesfully) to sue a man dying from liver cancer and ward recently tried to split up a trainers strong bond with his fighter.

In order for boxing to flourish we need exciting fighters at the head of the sport. People who provide action and entertainment and act as ambassadors. Not people who do there best to suck any enjoyment from the sport.

Is ward really the fighter you want people to associate with boxing? Or someone like sergey kovalev?

Last I saw, each side was claiming something different, while Ward wasn't the one telling his head trainer to "shut up" after he couldn't get a hurt fighter stopped that came back to beat him LMAO! JDJ I'm quite sure he's sooooo innocent.

How does Ward bring negativity into the sport? Is he calling people "monkeys"? Now THAT'S what I call a positive influence.

Why can't you all just enjoy the fight. It's 2 good fighters with 2 totally different styles who had a really close fight last time. What's not to like? I don't care who wins as long as it's entertaining.

Don't worry, they are here. The two most exciting boxers in boxing now: Gervonta Davis and Errol Spence.

But those two fighters are two things the thread starter hates. Davis and Spence are both black and American.
