This "anything can happen" is a known excuse for any mismatch ever made , this is one of those , Pac is not coming off that lose , he is coming off beating Vargas which is miles better then Horn , Pac TKO inside 10 or he can retire.
If horn was anything special you would see him step up ages ago , this is a money grab and nothing else.

It's not an excuse. I'm not trying to spin it to justify this fight. I've said it numerous times that it's a garbage ass fight and a complete and utter waste of time. What I'm saying is, Manny is f**king old as f**k. Ancient when it comes to pro boxing or any other professional sport for that matter. Anything can happen in boxing and we know that. Even though it's Jeff f**king Horn all it takes is one big, perfectly timed shot and who the f**k knows. Buster Douglas was like a 50 to 1 underdog against a prime Tyson and that was the casinos who were actually brave enough to even put odds on that fight. The rest wouldn't even take bets on it.

Again I'm not making an excuse for the fight. It's just a truism in boxing. Anything can happen, especially with an old ass boxer like Pacquiao.
