how can you disagree? i presented you with clear evidence showing how floyd avoided #1 challengers who would have brought him the most money. how do you dispute that? saying floyd would have beaten them so why would he avoid them isnt a legit argument so what do you have? he didnt fight marg because he would have won. he didnt fight cotto because he would haev won. he didnt fight pac because he would have won. ok....so why did he fight anyone? did he think he was going to lose against baldomir and guerrero and thats why he fought them? if all opponents were the same why not take hte biggest money guys: marg, cotto, pac. it had to be some otehr reason why he didnt fight them...were they good reasons? lets find out!

marg was a destroyer who was avoided by everyone in the division. he was similar to ggg at middleweight. floyd was offered a career high payday and chose to fight less popular, lower ranked guys. thats a duck. cotto lived too far away, wasnt a ppv star(like baldomir was?), and was with top rank so he couldnt fight him(fought pac who was with top rank so that was a lie), then retired when it was the biggest fight in boxing. stalled the pac fight with drug testing then when pac agreed offered him a laughable 40 million flat offer for a 500 million dlllar fight when both guys were doing identical ppv numbers. how can you catchc a guy in a bigger bluff than that?
then later gave pac 200 million after being ko'd which proves he was just stallng the fight and it wasnt about the money.

none of this is making sense to you???

He'll never be on the level of SRL, Duran, Whitaker, Chavez, Robinson, Armstrong, Ali, ect, ect, because he never tested himself against someone at their peak who was as skilled and dangerous as he was and came out the other side. Boxers have to voluntarily create those Super Bowl, World Cup, World Series type scenarios if they want true immortality. Floyd Mayweather will go down as the Kim Kardashian of boxing during the 90's and early 2000's.

people used to say leonard cherry picked a 32 year old hagler who hadn't lost in 10 years.....cant really say that anymore after seeing floyds cherry picks. fighting cotto after 2 brutal ko beatdowns and a 36 year old pac after being knocked cold. floyd juts makes leonard look all the better. sugar is saying thanks to floyd for being such a coward.

I'll be really glad when Canelo beats Golovkin and most of you ****ing idiots disappear.
You say WHEN Canelo beat GGG instead of IF Canelo beats GGG. That makes you an arrogant, know it all, ***ing idiot. Do you even have a dime bet on Canelo to win, fortune teller?

I don't disagree with everything you said. I agree that his 40 million offer to Pacquiao was BS and a joke of an offer. I agree that he should have fought Margarito instead of Baldimir. I disagree that he avoided a prime Cotto. I disagree that he was the world's worst cherry picker. He fought Mosley right after Mosley had destroyed the same Margarito who was so feared. He fought Oscar when Oscar was still pretty good. He won the 130 pound title from a good champion at age 21 and won the lightweight title from a good champion and fought him in a return match as well. I don't believe his first retirement was to avoid any fighter. You certainly don't have to retire to avoid tough fights. Lara and Wilder are proof of that. I guess it must be a rarity for you but I still disagree that Mayweather was this huge cherry picker. I am not saying he fought every tough opponent he could have fought in their exact prime but no other champion has either. Not even Ray Robinson.

That's your opinion and it don't hold water against fact and no other fighter meets the same standard.

Youre an internet waffler, you're either all over some ones nuts or hating, that's your life.

I don't get people like you at all, just whiny losers.

We all know why Mayweather didn't fight Margarito. Mayweather agreed to fight Margarito if Arum would guarantee a DLH fight afterwards. Arum didn't want Mayweather to fight DLH, so Mayweather left Arum.
