Is it fair to say Floyd Mayweather was the biggest cherry picker in boxing history. He would always fight boxers when they were past it, battle worn or just green and rarely in their prime.

To answer the TS question, No it isn't fair. its an excuse people that don't like Floyd make to explain why he is undefeated.

the 1st reason why it is unfair is You are using the period from 2008-2015 to define a career that spanned from 1996-2015. Judging a whole career by the last 1/3rd of it isn't fair.

The next reason its unfair is You base calling him a cherrypicker on the decisions of his opponents to not fight Floyd. ODH, Shane, Cotto, Manny, Hamed, and Kosta all refused to or waited to fight Floyd. It is completely unfair to base how you judge Floyd on these actions.

The one guy who didn't wait was Canelo. Since he didn't, you then call him "green", implying he wasn't prime. It is unfair to justify prime boxers avoiding Floyd and then minimize the ability of the a prime big name that doesn't avoid him.
