Spot on.. I lol'd at the part it says, Diaz gave him a boxing lesson!! haha, Diaz got skills as a boxer, but he got lit up on the feet with a guy who was 25-30lb lighter than him. Mcgregor was teeing off at will, got caught with a few glancing shots when gassing. Although he does have stamina issues, i think thats more to do with he style, the amount of shots he throws.. but i could be wrong.
Diaz holds his own, apparently sparring with Ward (Ward says this himself) And Mcgregor slapped the **** out of him.
I doubt it will be a fight to remember, and not as exciting as Mcgregors MMA fights, but as an event and the build up, you know you're all gonna tune in )
The dude moved up in weight on weeks notice, of course his stamina was gonna be ****. Either way, it was funny seeing him say Diaz gave McGregor a boxing lesson yet McGregor was in control the whole time and Diaz ended up winning by submission. What a boxing lesson huh? What happened in the rematch? The dude is probably gonna say Diaz was giving him a boxing lesson again.
Wonder if Oscar got wind of this earlier which is why he out put his public plea to fans not to support this fight. Either way, mayweather vs McGregor will outsell Canelo vs ggg and will impact its overall sales since he's jumping in right before their Sept date. It's not right that it'll work that way since Canelo vs ggg is a real fight while this is a circus act but that's how it is. Same way ggg vs jacobs was a credible fight while Canelo vs Chavez jr was a side show but one ppv did **** numbers while the other sold 1 mil.
Not when any fighter would do the same, you can't. He'd honestly be ****** not to take it.
Yeah, but the same can be applied to any easy fight. If your making good money for an easy fight it makes sense for yourself, but you can never criticise a fighter again, not even if he makes 20 defences at home against novices if he's making the money. Businesswise it makes sense, sportswise fighting a debutant when your Floyds level is outragous. To promote it as a fight you have to lie. The fans should stand up to this. I refused to watch when Haye fought Harrison coz I knew it would be a slaughter. That was Ali Fraizer compared to this.

Mayweather isn't taking any fight. He's taking the biggest fight available. I have no problem with that, biggest fight = most wanted fight. All fighters should be doing that.
Next time you quote make sure you know wtf you're talking about. The idiot I quoted claimed McGregor has no amateur experience which is obviously false. The guy is talking out of his ass. And THAT was the main point in my post.
Next time you quote someone and calling them out on BS? at least make a note on why you're calling them out, not make it seem like you're only justifying this circus act..
I think the best part of this fiasco will be the build up. It's going to be a complete circus. This has the potential to overshadow the Canelo/GGG fight in terms of media interest.
Come on dude! you really think that some government body isn't going to come up with another fictitious belt and rank McGregor just to sanction it and get a piece of the pie?
