So Let's Talk About 160 - WBO dibs

AK is out of the picture. This means BJS is yet again inactive for the duration. Alvarez is listed as #1, 2nd Lemieux... Murata just had a dance but will rematch N'Dam.

Would be funny as hell if Warren could pull off a Langford shot even doe he just lost to AK...

Is July the target date for BJS matter what? Rob Brant or Willie Monroe Jr. Just reallt curious how this is going to play out

Wouldn't it be great if Jacobs, Saunders, and Lemieux all fought on the Canelo-GGG card?

Look at the IBF policies. Johnson couldn't fight, so the "mandatory" was imposed on a house arrest fighter...

Given those types of circumstances, all while two GBP fighters are ranked 1-2 and have dates, Murata as well, that means technically the WBO should push for #4-5..

Plus, I can't see BJS not wanting to defend against a soft hitter in Monroe Jr. or Rob Brant.

Won't he be on the undercard in Sept?

Well youd have thought so til Khurtsidze threw everything in the air. Dont think Golden Boy will let anyone else near that WBO, think theres a reason they have the top 2 posititions in the ranking, they dont want Golovkin having a chance to get his hands on it.

Jacobs ain't getting that AK spot against Saunders.... Would be nice though. He is way more deserving. Lemieux vs Saunders will probably be on the Golovkin/Canelo undercard...

It makes sense to have Lemieux vs Saunders.

I don't know who has been luckier at avoiding mandatories? Saunders or Wilder

I'm still going to say Wilder is luckier.
