Broner is too big and strong.

Mikey ain't punishing anything in this fight.

I'm willing to bet this fight brings more excitement than Ward vs Kov.

Porter was actually not following any formula. He was always himself in every fight, except in the Thurman fight. He brawls his way in basically saying, "I want none of that distance crap. You won't have it." Of course, it always ends up in clinches and head butts. Spence is basically a bigger Porter. When he knew he's facing a better boxer, he brawls his way in to force a clinch, then get the most of the clinch if the opponent happens to be not strong or big enough to control it. I just have to wonder why others don't do it even if just to last the distance and cash in.

I'm not so sure. Brook vs. Spence Jr. didn't, and I thought that was a superior boxing match too!

That fight was like a holiday, we had like 30 family members and friends around the TV for that one..

Damn, this is a great year for boxing!!! AB has only lost to two top WWs. AB isn't the one moving up for this fight, it is Garcia. I don't know what to think for sure, AB was p4p before daring to be great (and falling short of that). Now many say Mikey is a p4p fighter, but I haven't seen much of him, but if he can move up and beat Broner, that could prove he is indeed a p4p fighter (depending on how impressive it is of course). AB is an idiot, but he is an idiot with crazy natural, God-given talent. And he is bigger. Dang, this is what boxing is all about! This and Brook-Spence in a matter of two months! This isn't fighting Stiverne and Arrreola, this isn't fighting Wade, Murray, and Rubio, this isn't fighting Kirkland and Liam Smith, this isn't fighting Salka and Malignaggi, this is two fighters who are daring to be great. The winner will go on to bigger and better things, while the loser will most likely have to win a few fights to get back to where he is now. There is a chance to lose. When so many always go for safe fights for a million or two, it is good to see some young talent bucking that trend and wanting to prove their greatness; and you can't do that against Salka, Wade, or Arreola.
