It's in reference to the OP saying Kovy was never hurt in the first fight.

Kovy went 12 rounds with Chilemba, but he never fell down or looked tired. Against ward he was falling down (twice) and noticeably tired...that doesn't just happen on accident. As a Ward fan I can admit Ward was hurt several times, but it's just ignorant to pretend Ward had nothing to do with Sergios shortcomings

I'm not sure what Kovalev can do differently in this fight other than try harder to get a KO. I don't see Ward getting a KD but I also don't see Kovalev getting another One either. I'll be the first to admit I was wrong if this fight goes any other way than it did in the first fight minus the KD.

Strategically they need to keep Kovalev from inflicting damage early. So they're doing everything they can to get inside his head and keep him from coming in on a mission to destroy. They know their only chance is a decision and they need for Kovalev not to know that. If Kovalev comes in this time thinking he needs a KO to win, that's a tough night for Ward.

I would love for Ward to step up and out class Kovalev like I thought he was going to the first fight but I just think Kovalev is too strong. I think Ward loses badly this time, but at the same time I'm proud of him for taking the fight.

well the difference is chilemba didnt grab him and throw him into the ropes. kovalev didnt fall down on accident. he fell down because ward grabbed him and pushed him. i dont see how thats hurting your opponent but once again ward defenders have to make something out of nothing because they have no substance to prove ward actually deserved to win. just post the video of ward hurtin kovalev with his brutal punches its pretty simple. you wont do it because it doesnt exist. if you post some laughable vid of ward throwing kovalev down you will be ridiculed so you just have your words which dont correspond with reality unfortunately

It was not sudden. It started with Ward winning a close, yet very controversial decision, to Ward being the inside master who dominated with his body shots, to Ward smashing Kovalev in the rematch. A very progressive and gradual transition towards insanity.

Ward is an ATG so props to Naz for finally getting a prediction right. We'll ignore his Cunningham Fury prediction or all the other missed ones.
