Cause they always trying to keep us white men down. We need to rise up and overcome these suckas. Who is down to go make an account on a website that promotes and uplifts the white athletes!? We have to stick together against mulatos like WardComment

You said the magic word there clinching. When Ward grapples/clinches he is technically punching with a free hand. He is a fighter who likes to fight on the inside. Sometimes with one arm locked while the other is free which is perfectly normal in the rule book.
On the other hand, Wladimir clinching reminds me of John Ruiz and Hector Camacho. They do hard clinches in order for the referee to break them up.
Ward doesn't do that. They clinch in order to avoid getting hit. They hug their opponents up close in order to avoid any type of physical altercation with them whatsoever; Which is a foul, cheating and a dirty way of fighting according to the rule book.Comment

True. When he was commentating the fight Max was being overly biased in Ward's favor. Later he did recant. It was pretty obvious during the fight though almost like he knew the outcome. He was stroking Ward even when Kovalev was clearly ahead in the round.Comment

Kellerman probably see's Ward's holding as an "inside game" and Vlad's as a delaying tactic.
Also Max and Ward are co-workers and seem to like each other.
The real question is when will boxing clarify the no holding rule?
It's either legal or not. If legal, enforce it, if not, eliminate it.
Right now every ref gets to interpret it however they want. That's not fair to the fighters and not good for boxing.Comment

Brook beat Porter by holding on to dear life but some here were saying how technical and experienced he was. Inclusive were saying because Porter was trying to use illegal tactics he had to clinch.
Depending how the fighter is liked is how the opinion of his clinches will goComment
