I always thought Cotto's KO of Mayorga was fishy. The infamous: Cotto hit Mayorga in the jaw so hard he broke Mayorga's thumb. It was a weird ending to a pretty entertaining fight. I'll always wonder if Mayorga plunked down major cash on himself to lose by KO in the 12th.

Nobody fixes fights in the 12th. Too much **** can go wrong. It's always early.

maybe he thought he was ahead as did most that were watching so he wanted to take an easy victory. he obv doesnt understand boxing politics though as the judges had williams ahead so it was a ****** gamble.
